Death of B. T. Geiger

B. T. Geiger, of Rural Valley, died at his home Wednesday afternoon following an illness of six weeks. He was aged 67 years on November 12th. Deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Angeline Geiger and eleven children. He has been making his home with his son, O. S. Geiger, of Rural Valley and this is the first death in the family. Deceased has been a faithful member of the Pleasant Union Lutheran church and was held in high esteem by all who knew him. He has been a life long resident of and near Rural Valley. The following children survive: O. S. Geiger, Clinton Geiger, Mrs. Lawrence Bittinger, Mrs. Boyd Weaver of Rural Valley; J. E. Geiger of New Kensington; Mrs. W. A. Bowser, Mrs. Rose Foster, Mrs. H. T. Schreckengost, Turney Geiger, Charlies Geiger and F. S. Geiger of Kittanning.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon.
