LONGMONT, Colo. – Norman C. Beal, 72, died March 31 at his son's home in Longmont after a short illness.
He was born in Sanford, ME, April 27, 1920, a son of David and Annie Beal.
During World War II, he served in the Army.
Formerly of Springvale, ME, Mr. Beal had lived in Colorado for the last eight years.
He had worked at the Sanford Mills and Pioneer Plastics Co.
His wife Evelyn Beal, died in 1979.
Survivors include a son, David of Longmont, two daughters, Rosemarie Lester of FL and Norma Montgomery of Mashpee, MA; two sisters, Nina Beal and Daisy Paquette, both of Sanford; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
