Phyllis was cremated and her remains were brought to NY and interred in Fairview. Predeceased by her sons Carl and Jeffrey. First married to Elmer Eugene "Gene" Smith in New Berlin on June 26, 1956. Second marriage to James Ward Andrew Jr. Third marriage to Ronald Palmer.
After 80 years with family and friends she has gone to be with Jesus. Her ashes will be taken back to her hometown, New Berlin, NY, in the summer.
