NORTH CHELMSFORD - Mrs. Mary B. (DeCarteret) Roberts 87, of 21 Dunstable Rd died yesterday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was the widow of Silas Roberts. She was born in the Jersey Isle, England, the daughter of the late John and Mary (LeMasurier) DeCarteret, and had formerly made her home in Tyngsboro before establishing her residence in North Chelmsford, three years ago. Mrs. Roberts is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Patenaude of North Chelmsford, Mrs. Matilda Patenaude of Tyngsboro, Mrs. Ruth Hall of Dunstable Road address, and Mrs. Hazel Kolopakka of New Ipswich, N.H.; two sons, Howard S. Roberts of South Barre, and Herman S. Roberts of Wesford, two sisters, Mrs. Harriett Machon of North Chelmsford and Mrs. Ethel Erickson of Chelmsford; 20 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. A member of the Gospel Chapel of North Chelmsford, She held membership in the missionary class of that church.
