Thomas E. Hash, 70, of 6101 West 25th St., in Indianapolis, Ind. died Friday, Dec. 31, 1982 in Indianapolis. He is survived by his wife, Leona Hash of Indianapolis, two sons and two daughters: William Hash, Charlie Hash, Mrs. Shelby Williams, and Louise Tyler, all of Indianapolis; two brothers: Clarence Hash of Louisville and Floyd Hash of Campbellsville; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
