William E. "Bill" Hash, age 79, of Sheridan, Indiana, passed away in Noblesville. He was born to the late Thomas and Leona (Dewitt) Hash in Taylor County, Kentucky. Bill attended Ben Davis High School. He served in United States Navy Reserves. Bill worked for Pepsi delivering in Lafayette and retired from Fairfield Manufacturing where he worked as a machinist. He loved bowling, camping, fishing, playing cards, traveling and was an avid NASCAR fan. Bill enjoyed visiting with friends and family and also enjoyed attending his grandchildrens sporting events. Bill is survived by his wife of 58 years Laquota Ann (Carver) Hash; their five children: Russell E. Hash, Ronald Dean and his wife Brenda Hash, Randall Morgan and his wife Brenda Hash, Rhonda Ann Hash and companion Edvin and Rosey Burton and her husband Tim; eight grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Also surviving Bill is his two sister's Shelby and her husband Jim Williams and Louise and her husband Bob Tyler, a sister in law Linda Hash, and his loyal dog Buddy. His brother Charlie Hash preceded him in death in 2004. Funeral services will be held at Sheridan Six Points Wesleyan Church, Sheridan on October 11, 2011 with visitation prior on October 10, 2011. Burial in Lincoln Memory Gardens. The Hash family would like to extend their deepest thanks to Riverview Hospital Nursing Staff for the many years of exceptional care they provided for Bill.
