Grace Harmon Fry was the sixth child of Melvin Thomas and Sarah Ellen Horsley Harmon born October 27, 1921. She was raised and educated in Price, Utah. She moved to Salt Lake city with her parents in 1943. She worked at the Remington Arms plant. She met her husband Willis Lee Fry when he was stationed in a Military camp in Kearns, Utah. They were married by her uncle Wiford Glenn Harmon Augest 26, 1944 in San Francisco, California. They later divorced leaving her a single mother with 2 children, Lee and Sarah Grace. Grace worked at the Hotel Utah as a house keeper where she remained until it closed. She was very crafty and made many raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. She had a green thumb and grew many vegetables and flowers. She died March 29, 1991 in Bountiful, Utah and is buried in the Bountiful Cemetery, Bountiful Utah.
