Mrs. Dorcas, wife of W.H. Williams, died at her home in Darlington at 4 o'clock pm on Monday, July 5th, after a lingering illness. Deceased was a native of Kentucky, where she was born 61 years ago. There were born to Mr. and Mrs. Williams nine children, all of whom with her aged husband survive her.
The children are: Mrs. Sarah McGinley, Mrs. Mary Bryson, James, Robert, Romaine, Grove, John and Misses Fannie and Addie.
The funeral was held at the residence on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. I.F. Nuzum officiating, and interment was made in Union Grove cemetery.

Mrs. James Williams passed from this life at her home in Darlington Monday July 5th, aged 61 years. Deceased leaves a husband and nine children. The funeral was at the home yesterday and burial was made in Union Grove cemetery.
