He is survived by two children, Robert "Bob" (Diane Hoehn) Miller and their children, Casey, Kyle and Colin, all of Batavia, and Kathy Jo (Miller) Voorheis and her children, Leslie Mae, Ede Jo, Amanda Jean and William H. "Willie" Voorheis, all of Chandler, Ariz.; four siblings, Dorothy Phillips and Francis (Charolette) Miller, both of Hinckley, Harold Miller of Maple Park and Glenn (Pat) Miller of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.; many nieces and nephews; and a community of friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ali Mae; his parents, Fred G. and Gertrude L. Miller; a nephew, Dennis Miller; a brother-in-law, Herbert Phillips; and a sister-in-law, Lorraine "Pinkie" Miller.
A service to celebrate Les and Ali Mae's lives will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, at Hinckley United Methodist Church, 801 N. Sycamore St., Hinckley, with the Rev. Rob Benson, pastor of the church, officiating along with the Rev. Alka Lyall, pastor of Leland Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Pierce Cemetery, Pierce Township.
