Sarah Elizabeth "Sac" Freeman was the daughter of Jacob B. and Amanda M. Dixon-Freeman. She married Alex L. Wood, Sept. 7, 1882. They were the parents of Laura M. (Hutson), Ed G., who died 3 weeks after his mother, Florence Melvina (Emanuel), Henry Grayson, Bertie Viola (Hargis), and Homer T. Wood, born June 20, 1901. Sac died Nov. 6, 1901, four and a half months later. May she rest in peace.
