Susanah "Susie" Freeman was the daughter of Jacob B. Freeman and Amanda M. Dixon-Freeman, Izard Co. AR. She was a sister to Nancy C. (Cook-Bivans), David R., John W. "Dutch", Martha J. "Mattie", Sarah J. "Sack" (Wood), and Joel Matthew. Also Grayson, Ersula and Iva, who died young. Susie married John Landers on Feb., 25, 1892 in Lunenburg, by N. L. King, J.P., recorded in Book 1, p. 452, Izard County Records. They were the parents of Grace (Cooper), Shelby, Ewing, Effie (Dunn), Lola (Logan), and Cecil who died at age fifteen in 1928. They lived in Sentinel, OK. Johnnie died in 1922. Susie died in 1949, may she rest in peace.
