Nancy became owner of the land where Cook cemetery is situated, in 1890, when Bill died. She remarried to William Leroy "Bill" Bivans (1850-1910), in Feb. 1892, after her husband Dr. Bill Cook passed away. He was the father of William Marshall Bivans, born Dec. 1893, Izard Co., AR. Nancy and Bill were divorced by 1900 according to the 1900 census.
