The descendant of pioneer Missouri stock, Lester Edward Allison was the son of Tolbert Whitfield Allison and Cora Elizabeth Downey, one of ten children. He was the loving husband of Mary Hazel Percy, whom he married August 1, 1942. They had two children: Marilyn and James. Lester was a Navy veteran in WWII. After his retirement, he raised cattle and horses near Stockton until his death.
