Paul Ray Crites, 53, 1312 S. Washington St., died Friday, May 13, 1983, at Fontanbleu Nursing Center.

Born Dec. 1, 1929, in Monroe County, he was the son of Harry and Mary (Empson) Crites.

He was a retired employee of Crites Disposal Service. He was a member of the Indiana Avenue Church of Christ.

Survivors include his mother, Mary (Empson) Crites of Bloomington, IN; five brothers, Sam of Bloomington, IN, Bill of Marretta, GA, Albert of Underwood, IN, Robert of Ellettsville, IN, and Ddavid of Del Norte, CO; three sisters, Virginia Henry of Edinburg, IN, twin sister, Pauline Wolff of Belleville, IL, and Margaret Farris of Spencer, IN.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Allen Funeral Home with Ray Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. tonight and 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
