children.
At the age of ten he moved with his family to Detroit, Michigan where he continued his education. He was a graduate of Pershing High
School.
Shortly after, he was drafted into the Army to serve in the Korean War. He served from February, 1945 to December, 1946 with an
honorable discharge.
He departed this life Friday, April 17, 1981 at 5:00 p.m. in the Veteran's Memorial Hospital.
