OCEANSIDE BLADE TRIBUNE - MARCH 8, 1984

CARLSBAD - Claude B. Minner, 96, died Wednesday in an Escondido convalescent hospital.

A native of Kansas, he lived in Carlsbad for 25 years. For 20 years he owned a furniture store in Bakersfield.

He is survived by a brother, Clyde Minner of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Bertha Forster of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and a nephew, John Heath of Topeka, Kan.

Graveside services were held today. Interment is at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.

Eternal Hills Mortuary is in charge of handling arrangements.

Graveside services for Claude B. Minner, 96, of Carlsbad, who died Wednesday in a convalescent hospital, were yesterday in Eternal Hills Memorial Park.

Mr. Minner was born in Kansas, lived in the county 65 years and owned a furniture store in Bakersfield for 20 years.

Survivors include a brother, Clyde of Mesa, Arizona; and a sister, Bertha Forster of Scottsdale, Arizona.
