Mrs. Ruby Millicent Heath, 92, 1200 Harrison, died Sunday in a Topeka convalescent center.
She was born January 1, 1881, at Hamlin in Brown County. She was a member of First Christian Church.
She was married to E. B. Heath June 22, 1904, at Soldier. He died January 5, 1971.
Survivors include a daughter, Annabelle Heath, Washington, D.C.; three sons, John E. Heath, 1178 Clay, Robert L. Heath, 1244 Western, and Lloyd L. Heath, 200 Harrison; two sisters, Mrs. Ratia Klusmire, Holton, and Mrs. Walter Forster, Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers, Clyde Minner, Festus, Mo., and Claude Minner, California; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 am Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Holton Cemetery.
