Many people will remember her because of the 60' tall Christmas tree and celebration that drew l00's of people, to her home, the first Sunday in December, for many years. Elsie loved flowers, gardening, the Walter Reed Garden Club and especially her family being together at the "Home Place". She had said the most important lessons she learned in life was to love the Lord first and love all people second. She was always known for her kind and loving ways. She was a sweet soul that will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be at the "Severn Church at 9066 Robins Neck Road, Gloucester, VA on Saturday January 27, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Andrews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
