Survivors: wife, Josephine; sons, Edward Jr., Larry, Ray, Gerald, Robert, all of Plains; daughters, Joan Wells of Fowler, Mary Roads of Guthrie, Okla., Dolores Amerin, Margaret Amerin, both at home; brothers, Pete of Dodge City, Casper of Plains, Joe of Liberal; sister, Helen Hanson of Hutchinson; five grandchildren.
