Untimely Passing of Mother Occurs
Mrs. A. W. Burnham, a member of the pioneer Brightenstine family of Round Valley, passed away at a local hospital yesterday morning. Mrs. Burnham, who is survived by a husband and three children and several brothers and sisters, was 42 years old. The body is at the Eversole Mortuary. Funeral services will not be completed until this morning.

Funeral Services Held here for Mabel Burnham
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at the Eversole mortuary for Mrs. A. W. Burnham whose passing Thursday morning was reported last week in the Dispatch. The service was held from the Eversole Mortuary with Reverend Claud Mosher of the Baptist Church officiating. During the service Mrs. J. H. Hansen sang two sacred numbers. The pallbears were Walter Sandelin, F. D. Patten, G. P. Anderson, W. A. Hagans, Ross Bowen, and D. C. Smith. Interment was in Ukiah Cemetery. Mrs. Mabel Burnham was born near Round VAlley and was 42 years old. She was the daughter of the late Theodore Brightenstine, and Mrs. Anna Brightenstine. Beside her husband and three children, George, Marietta, and Russell and her mother, three sisters and five brothers survive. They are Mrs. Roy O'Farrell, Mrs. Fred Reed, and Mrs.Charles Ciancio and Harvey, Frank, John, Elden, and Ivan Brightenstine.
Relatives who were here for the funeral service Saturday included Mr. & Mrs. Roy O'Farrell, Mr. & Mrs. Fred Reed, Mrs. Anna Brightenstine, Harvey, Frank and John Brightenstine all of Covelo. Mrs. Carrie Brightenstine and Mrs. Will Price of Healdsburg.

Mrs. Burnham, a sister of Mrs. Charles Ciancio passed away at Pine Ridge last Thursday. The funeral was held in Ukiah Saturday. Mrs. Brightenstine, Mrs.Ciancio's mother, and two sons and daughters all came down from Covelo for the funeral.
