It has been exciting doing genealogical research and discovering information about my ancestors. Standing at the graves of my family and researching their past lives connects me to them, and it helps me understand how they lived.

I started doing research on my ancestors after becoming fascinated with old photos a friend posted. I became involved with doing photo restorations & custom framing on many of my own 1800-1900 photos. I also became interested in genealogy after seeing grave photos of my family that were taken by another Find-A-Grave member. Her enthusiasm has sparked my interest, and I have become a member as well. I absolutely love being a part of the genealogical community and helping others learn about their ancestors.
