4. Fill out the form.
5. You must state that you want a transfer and your exact relationship to the memorial.
Example: Please transfer. This is my grandmother.
6. Check the box "Send me a copy of this email".
7. Click on the button "Send This Message".
8. The contributor has 30 days to respond to your request.

Do not include bio info or corrections in flowers, use the Edit tab on the memorial.
