Georgeann and her twin sister Joan were born the 6th and 7th children of 14 to Rev. Charles H. and Jane Elizabeth nee Gilmour Wornom. On August 18, 1864, in Warren County, Illinois, she married a young man from the area, James Greenlee, and they farmed in Warren County. They were married for 44 years when she died; he followed her in death a little less than five years later. There were no children.
