Mrs. Theresa M. (Patenaude) Smith, 50, died this morning at St. Josephs Hospital. Born in North Chelmsford, a daughter of the late Arthur J. and the late Mildred (Roberts) Patenaude, she was educated in the Notre Dame school. Mrs. Smith resided in Tyngsboro before moving to Lincoln St in Lowell. She was an attendant of St. John the Evangelist Church in North Chelmsford. She is survived by her husband, Arthur J. "Archie" Smith, who is employed with WDW Trucking Company; three sons, Arthur J. Smith JR, of Tyngsboro, who is affiliated with the New England Power Service Company; Brian F. Smith of Lowell and Thomas M. Smith of Dracut, both employed by Boott Mills; four daughters, Debra M. Smith of San Jose Cal, Mrs. Joseph (Mildred A.) Butkiewciz, who is employed with the Lowell Manufacturing Resources, Mary Ellen Smith and Kimberly Ann Smith, all of Lowell; 11 Grandchildren; three brothers, A. Warren Patenaude, of West Chelmsford; Robert Patenaude of Tyngsboro and Joseph Patenaude of Andover; three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Jensen of Lowell; Mrs. James (Mary) Urban of Dunstable and Mrs. Robert (Aldea) Bourassa of North Chelmsford and several nieces, and nephews, and Aunts and Uncles.
