FORMER CITY RESIDENT DIES AT HEBRON HOME
Mrs. Jennie Affeld, age 50 years and for many years a resident of Valparaiso where she was born and reared, died suddenly this morning at 8:30 o'clock at the family home, one and a half miles west of Hebron.
She was born in Valparaiso on December 18, 1882, and lived the greater part of her life in this city.
Surviving are the husband and eight children, her father, William Bastel, and one brother, Roy Bastel, of Valparaiso.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ernest Affeld, of near Hebron, will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Frank A. LaPell and Son funeral home on Monroe Street. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
