Funeral services will be l:30 Tuesday in Stumpf Dodson Funeral Home, Pana, with visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Price Cemetery, Oconee.
Mr Denton was born in Herrick, son of Lewis and Emaline Denton. He married LaVern Brown in 1940.
Surviving are son, Harold of Freemont, Calif; daughter, Evelyn Askins of Pana; brothers, Rev. Orville Denton of Pana; Floyd and Joe Denton both of Phoenix, Ariz; sisters, Mrs Kelsey Fatheree of Beecher City; Mrs Myrtle Sims of Pana; one grandchild; one stepgrandchild. One daughter, one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
