Floyd F. Denton, 83, of Casa Grande died Dec. 10, 1998 in Mesa.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Cole & Maud Mortuary. The graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
Mr. Denton was born June 6, 1915 in Herrick, Ill. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was an operating engi­neer before retirement. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1677 and Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include his wife, Catheryn F.; a daughter, Shirley Nash of Casa Grande; two sisters, Kelsey Fatheree
of Beecher City, Ill., and Myrtle Sims of Pana, Ill.; a brother, Rev. Orville of Pana; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Catheryn F. Denton, 80, of Casa Grande, Ariz., a native of Herrick, died Dec. 12,2001.
Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m., today, Monday, Dec. 17 in National Memorial Cemetery of Ari­zona in Cave Creek, Ariz. Prayer service was by pastor Scott Bailey.
Visitation was held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Friday, Dec. 14 in Cole & Maud Mortuary.
Memorial contributions maybe given to RTA Hospice.
Mrs. Denton was born in Herrick. Her husband Floyd F. Denton preceded her in death. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Hopi Hills.
Surviving is a daughter, Shirley Nash of Casa Grande, Ariz.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and seven brothers.
