Born on the family farm in Wakefield (Township) of Stearns County, MN; Rosa was a twin -- with sister, Anna.

She lived long enough to be baptized & be captured in 1895 Minnesota State Census at age one month. Rosa & Anna were the eleventh & twelveth children born to Michael C. & Elizabeth (Braun) Minnerath.

Rosa died from Cholera at age two months -- two days after her twin sister, Anna.
