Irene Gertrude Schroeder was born 7 August 1884 in the town of Rolling, Langlade County, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Carl F. Schroeder and Dorothea Ernestine Zimmermann and was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Carl Franz, Friedrich William, Ernest Gustave, Heinrich Herman, and Robert Julius and by 5 sisters, Marie Ernestine Maxwell (Fred), Ida Anna Vorass (Charles), Helen Caroline Murray (John), Dorothea Louise Schroeder, and Anna Marie Johnson (George). She married on the 26th of April 1915 to Ernest Christian Sieber. They had one son, Ronald Charles Sieber. Ernest died 22 December 1946.
