MRS. WILLIAM CONRAD
Dyersville, Ia., March 11--Special:
Mrs. William Conrad, residing two miles east of
Bankston, died at a Dubuque hospital Friday
afternoon following a short illness. She was born
May 1, 1887 at Remsen,Ia. Her maiden name was
Anna Loutsch. She was married to William Conrad
in 1907. Besides her husband she is survived by
two sons, John of New Vienna and Irvin, at home;
six daughters, Angeline and Marcella of Remsen,
Susan, Viola, Helen and Frieda at home; also
her father, John Loutsch, of Remsen; two sisters,
Mrs. J. P. Schroeder and Mrs. Nick Ruba of
Remsen, and five brothers, Dominic, Emil, John
and Michael of Remsen, and Andrew of South Dakota.

Funeral services will be held Monday morning
at 9:30 o'clock at St. Clement's church at
Bankston. Interment will be made in St.
Clement's cemetery.

Rose Mary (Loutsch) Mullane--One of Emil Loutsch's
granddaughters.

Anna Conrad was born on May 1, 1887 in Remsen, Iowa
to John and Susanna (Hansen) Loutsch.

She married William Conrad on November 26, 1906. To
this union where born the following children:
1. John W. Conrad (1908-1984) [Hilda Scherbring]
2. Angeline Conrad (1909-? )[Marion Trinen]
3. Susan Conrad (1912- ? ) [Leonder Eike]
4. Marcella Conrad (1914-2003)[John L. Recker]
5. Viola Conrad (1917-1969)[Kenneth Strief]
6. Irvin J. Conrad (1920-1998)[Genrose Klosterman]
7. Helen Conrad (1922-2000)[Walter Klosterman]
8. Alfrieda Conrad (1924- )[Walter Loeffelholz]

She is survived by her husband and all of her children; parents, siblings; Mary (John Peter) Schroeder, Dominic (Catherine)Loutsch, Katherine (Nicholas) Ruba, John A. (Clara) Loutsch, Jr., Michael (Clara) Loutsch, Andrew J. (Mary) Loutsch, and Emil Nicholas (Rose) Loutsch, a son-in-law John Ritz.

She was preceded in death by her mother and a sister, Margaret (John) Ritz.
