FINN BRASELL, 63, DIES AT HOME OF SISTER APRIL 11

Funeral Service Held at Smith Ward Church Tuesday

"Uncle Finn" Brasell, 63, died Monday morning, April 11, at 10:45 o'clock at the home of his sister, Mrs. R.C. Ellison in the Smith community. Funeral services were held at the Smith Ward church Tuesday afternoon, with Rev. Bill Flores of Ralls conducting the funeral, assisted by Richard Robbins, minister of the Church of Christ of this city. He was buried in the Crosbyton cemetery with A. A. Hatchell in charge, assisted by Weldon Dendy.

He is survived by eight sisters who were all present at the funeral, except one.

Pallbearers were: Ivan Shoemaker, Duward Ellison, Homer Ellison, Irvin Stegall, Brasell Little and Loyd Lightsey.

Flower girls included; Misses Madge Little, Olene Stegall, Mildred Creager and Oleta Shoemaker.

Among those attending the funeral from Crosbyton were Ben F. Hicks, J. F. Garber, Emery Pieratt, Rev. L.E. Kent, and others,
