Town of Middleton - Francis M. Brassington, age 76, of the Town of Middleton, died on Wednesday, February 21, 1990, at a Madison Rehabilitation Center. He was born on December 13, 1913 at Middleton Junction. He was employed for 33 years with Oscar Meyer & Company. He was married to the former Velma Denner on November 15, 1939, in Middleton. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and the Hiram Masonic Lodger # 50. He is survived by his son, Robert of the Town of Middleton; four granidchildren, Mark, Cindy, Michelle and Jamie; three great-grandchildren, Mark Jr., Jennifer and Thomas; three brothers, Lloyd (Elaine) Brassington of Madison, Bud (Arlene) Brassington of Middleton, and Lynn (Dorothy) Brassington of Middleton; and four sister, Gladys (Art) Smith of Colorado, Arlowene (Arnold) Selje of Madisonl, Avis (Dick) Frank of Michigan, and Eileen Turk of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma; and brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at the Gruber-Gunderson Funeral Home, 7432 Elmwood Avenue, Middleton at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 24, 1990. Burial will be in the Middleton Junction Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, February 23, 1990 at the funeral home where a Masonic Service will be held at 7:30pm.
