Hattie Irene Comer Fadely, 86, of Shenandoah and formerly of Mount Jackson, passed away at Rockingham Memorial Hospital on Oct 31, 2003.
She was born in Shenandoah on July 24, 1917 and was the daughter of the late John H and Rebecca Baugher Comer.
On May 18, 1945, she married Thomas C Fadely, who preceded her in death on July 14, 1971. She is survived by one brother, Floyd Comer of Shenandoah; four sisters, Sylvia Cave of Elkton, Ruth Kite, Gladys Ferrell, Vista Manueal and her husband Arthur, all of Shenandoah; a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kemper, Burtis and Melvin Comer; two sisters, Thelma Herring and Nellie Comer, two half sisters and eight half brothers.
