She was a member of Gainesville Methodist Church, Gladiolus Rebekah Lodge, Hunt-Stout Post American Auxiliary, Pike, and was a gold star mother.
Surviving are a son, Robert; a daughter, Dorothy VanSlyke, both of Gainesville; 15 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Rites were held in Weeks Funeral home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery, Gainesville.
