Billie was born on June 11, 1942 in Swords Creek, Virginia to the late Felix and Maggie Sparks Whited. She was a member of the Ivy Springs Baptist Church and served her family as a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie William Wilson; two sons, Mark and Willie Wilson; and several brothers, sisters, half-brothers, and half-sisters.

Funeral services for Billie Wilson will be conducted at 2 PM on Friday, July 17, 2020 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with the Reverend Phillip Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery in Richlands, Virginia. Brandon Newberry, Rusty Miller, and Men of Ivy Springs Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers.
