AIME, JOSEPH O. (DUCK) died at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 1974, at his residence in Walker. He was 69, a native of Head of Island and a resident of Walker. He was retired from Exxon Corp.

Body at Hollabaugh-Spindle Funeral Home, Denham Springs. Religious services at the funeral home at 3 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Revs. H. B. Wilkinson, M. L. Davis and P. W. Sibley. Interment in the Palmetto Cemetery, Walker.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vida Bendily Aime, Walker; his mother, Mrs. Marcelite Aime, Walker; two sons, Robert Aime, Groton, Conn., and Kenneth Aime, Denham Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Vernon (Marcia) Martin, Walker, and Mrs. Leroy (Jo Ann) Johnson, DeRidder; eight sisters, five brothers, 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.

He was a member of the Walker Baptist Church.

Pallbearers are Billy Aime, Michael Aime, Sidney Covington, T. D. Nesom, Ivy Courtney, Ivy Lee Howze.
