Died 4 a.m. Sunday, July 3, 1994, at Veterans Administration Medical Center, New Orleans. He was 73, a native of Corbin and resident of Holden. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston, 6 to 10 p.m. Monday. Visiting at Magnolia Baptist Church, Holden, 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Richard Wallace and the Rev. Russell Hinson. Burial in Stafford Cemetery, Holden. Survived by wife, Sharon Mitchell Aime, Holden; former wife, Catherine Wascom Aime, Holden; a daughter, Julia Aime Collins, Holden; five sons, Thomas R. Aime Sr., Attalia, Ala., Louis Michael Aime, Holden, David Charles Aime, Manassas, Va., Jimmy Ray Aime, Hammond, and Dan Harold Aime, Holden;four sisters, Mary Aime Pruyn, Baton Rouge, Margarette Aime Bendily , Jackson, Esther Lee Aime Byrd, Bogalusa, and Leah Aime Jasinski, Baton Rouge; two brothers, Clarence Aime, Walker, and George Aime, Denham Springs; 20 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and many hunting friends. Preceded in death by parents, Joe and Marcelite Aime; four sisters, Calise Aime Stafford, Louise Aime Montgomery, Elsie Aime Lockhart and Georgia Aime Reichert; and three brothers, Otive, Leopold and Willie Aime. Pallbearers will be grandsons. He was first president of Bear Creek Hunting Club.
