Mattie F. Jones, 97, of Farnham, VA, formerly of Tappahannock, died February 5, 1999.
Remains rest at the B. W. White Funeral Home, Aylett, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. Graveside services at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ephesus Baptist Church, Dunnsville, VA.

Mattie Fairfax Brooks Jones was the daughter of George Ellis Brooks and Thursday Fairfax Taylor Brooks.

Married William Mongtomery Jones on April 17, 1919, Essex Co, VA. He preceded her in death on November 8, 1966.
