Mrs. Margaret Louise Brizendine, 83, of Tappahannock, died Friday, November 28, 2003.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Aubrey Brizendine; three daughters, Audrey Louise Jones, Jean Fairfax O'Kelley and Joyce Isabelle Harmon.
She is survived by four children, Joe Brizendine of Central Garage, Sonny Brizendine and Edna Beal, both of Mechanicsville and Gerry Langford of Tappahannock; four brothers, Lewis Jones of Callao, Clyde Jones of Millers Tavern, Wilbert Jones of Huntsville, Alabama and James Jones of Mechanicsville; one sister, Elsie Davis of Millers Tavern; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 30, in the Marks-Bristow Funeral Home, Tappahannock. Interment followed in Howertons Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. John Burgess officiated.
Pallbearers were David Harmon, Reed Harmon, Curtis Harmon, Robert Smith, Dennis Clarke, Lewis Jones, Tommy Jones and Jimmy Duchemin.
Married William Aubrey Brizendine on April 9, 1938, King & Queen Co, VA.
