WILLHEMINA JEAN SOREN

Willhemina Jean Soren, 64, a life long resident of Skagit Valley, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2000 at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon.

Willhemina was born December 13, 1935 in Hamilton, WA, the daughter of Dewey and Jessie Wilson Soren. She lived in Sedro-Woolley and Burlington and worked for many years as a Presser-Folder in the dry cleaning industry. She also did babysitting for many families in the area and worked for photographer Lee Mann as a photo framer. Willhemina was a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Burlington.

She is survived by one brother, Dewey Soren, of Ferndale, WA, 2 sisters, Helen Allison and Dorothy Ekman, both of Sedro-Woolley and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held Monday, May 22, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery, Pastor James Shaw of the Faith Baptist Church in Burlington officiating. Memorials are suggested to the Faith Baptist Church in Burlington. Arrangements and services under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
