Funeral for Ernest Otho Lacy, 77, of Hartselle will be today, Sept. 28, 2006, at 4 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Sparks officiating.
Burial will be in Bell Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Lacy, who died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, at his residence, was born June 7, 1929, in Morgan County to Robert Lacy and Nancy Gray Lacy. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Hartselle. His son, Billy Ray Lacy, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Phillips Lacy; three sons, Wayne Lacy of Hartselle, Larry Lacy of Nashville, Tenn., and Roger Lacy of Danville; two daughters, Diane Spiceland of Nashville, Tenn., and Linda Faye White of Vinemont; one sister, Bert White of Decatur; 18 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
