Daisy Ann Frakes Campbell, 72, of rural Marshall, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Rev. Lou Villa will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.Born Jan. 24, 1932, in Grand Pass, she was the daughter of the late Aaron Frakes and Hazel Frakes. She married James Morrow, who preceded her in death in October 1970. On June 14, 1971, she married James B. Campbell, who preceded her in death Oct. 26, 2003. She had lived in Saline County most of her life and was retired from the Marshall Habilitation Center. She was a Baptist.Survivors include one son, Jimmy Lee Morrow of rural Marshall; two daughters, Patty Simmons of Marshall and Norma Maycock of rural Marshall; one sister, Marie Herrin of Algood, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one son in infancy, four brothers, five sisters and several half-brothers and half-sisters.
