William Francis Brown was born to Francis and Lola Belle Bruce Brown in Jerseyville, IL. He was the sixth child out of eleven. Hard to find much about him for reasons I think is he spent time in prison. Not sure what he did, when he did it, but found him in the 1940 census as a "guest" a plate maker and also there in 1935. Thinking this had to be Statesville Prison. He was single. I believe he also lived in Galesburg, IL as did a few of his brothers.
