Leila Grace (Gilbert) Raines Ledbetter, 88, of Inman, SC, died on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at her home.

She was the wife of Richard Ledbetter for the past 61 years and was first married to the late Lloyd Raines.

Mrs. Ledbetter was a native of Mill Spring, NC and a daughter of the late Squire Parker and Leila (Turner) Gilbert.

Retired from Inman Mills, she was a member of Lake Bowen Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son and daughter in law: Richard Isaac and Teresa Ledbetter, Jr. of Inman; daughters and sons in law: Grace Isaaileen and Ken Rankin of Inman, Mildred Delores Raines and Larry Parks of Monroe, NC; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Graveside services were conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 20, 2013 at Good Shepherd Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Ron Jackson.

Mrs. Ledbetter lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.

Memorials could be made to Regional Hospice, 120 Heywood Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
