Claud Brumley, son of the late Amos Morgan and Susan James Brumley, was born June 12, 1898, at Yarbro, Ark., and died October 20, 1985, at Steele, Mo., at the age of 87. He was a retired carpenter. He was married to Ardenia Northcutt, who preceded him in death.
Services were at German-Aumon Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, October 22, 1985, at 2 p.m. Rev. James F. McCrary officiated.
He leaves one daughter: Gladis B. Brumley of Steele; one brother: Larry Brumley of Vancouver, Wash.; three sisters: Ivy Pearl Jarred and Gaither King of Steele, and Edna Bradley of Dyersburg, Tenn.
Three brothers preceded him in death.
Pallbearers were Todd Mays, Buzz Mays, Eugene Peters, Don Jarred, Gary jarred, and Dallas Jarred.
Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with arrangements by German-Aumon Funeral Home.
