Idellar Brumley, 93, died February 12, 1972, at her home at 104-B Elm Court in Steele.

She was the widow of Amos Brumley, who preceded her in death in 1935.

Funeral services were held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Original German Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Martin officiating.

She leaves three daughters: Mrs. Pearl Jarred, Steele, Gaither King, Steele, and Edna Bradley, Dyersburg, Tenn.; three sons, Claud Brumley, Steele, Andrew Brumley, Granite City, Ill., and Larry Brumley of Torrance, Calif.; one half-brother, Homer James, Van Nuys, Calif., one half-sister: Artie Gowan of Steele; and one step-sister: Polly Shultz of Steele; and 23 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Ralph King, Lesper Jarred, Ronnie Bradley, Kerry Brumley, Max Bradley, and Dugan Jarred.

Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery with the Original German Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
