He is survived by his widow, three daughters, Calista, Bernadetta and Genevieve, all of Cuba City; five sons, Francis, Austin and Loe, Cuba City, Elroy, Madison and Ambrose, Rockford, Ill., and three brothers, Frank, Dubuque, Ia.; Peter, Benton and Charles Baxter of the vicinity of Cuba City.
Funeral services were held from St. Patrick's Catholic church at Benton Thursday, the Rev. P. Johnson officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
