Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, November 29, 2012, at North Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Robbie Parnell and Rev. Ashton Feagin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The casket will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Walling, Reggie Walling, Clay Poole, Allen Williams, Walter Cook, Franklin Williams, Scott Williams, and Sammy Hutto.
Mr. Williams was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the Tillman and Isabel Hoover Williams. He was a member of North Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, and a retired mechanic and logger.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Mildred L. Williams, of the home; six children: Irvin (Debra) Williams, of Chesterfield; Gwen (Harold) Williams, of Cayce; Angie (Charlie) Beckham, of Lexington; Deborah (Doug) Salley, of Cayce; Donna Williams, of West Columbia; and Keith (Claire) Williams, of North; grandchildren: Jason Williams, Jody (Hillary) Sturkie; Allison (Jamie) Blizzard; Amanda (Nate) Chisom; Tate Salley; Patrick Williams; Charlie Beckham, II; Brad (Julie) Beckham; Troy (Lynn) Williams; and Tracy (Amanda) Williams; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister: Pauline Morton, of Cordova; and two brothers: Ted Williams, of Swansea; and Edward Williams, of Gaston.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfh.com) and other times at the home of Harold and Gwen Williams, 828 Moss Creek Drive, Cayce.
