MARY ALICE MOORE, 90, a resident of Reeder's Memorial Home, and formerly of 105 W. Antietam St., Sharpsburg, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at Washington County Hospital. Born Dec. 29, 1908, in Sharpsburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Della M. Drenner RENNER.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Earle A. Moore.
She attended Sharpsburg School. She retired from Porter Chemical Company. She was a member of Sharpsburg Church of the Brethren. She was a charter member of Antietam Lioness Club.
She is survived by a daughter, Lois E. Leatherman of Sharpsburg; two sons, James Maurice Moore of Funkstown and Roger E. Moore of Beaver Creek, Md.; two sisters, Ruby Dick of Hagerstown and Martha Miller of Sharpsburg; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter; a sister, Orpha Spielman; and a brother, William Renner.
A memorial service was held at Sharpsburg Church of the Brethren, Sharpsburg; burial was in Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
