She worked in housekeeping for 38 years. She volunteered with the Washington County Food Bank. She was a member of Sharpsburg Church of the Brethren.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia A. Holmes of Keedysville; one sister, Ruby Dick of Hagerstown; one granddaughter, Kelli S. Canfield of Keedysville; one grandson, C. Daniel Holmes of Keedysville; two great-granddaughters; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, infant Lucille, Mary A. Moore and Orpha Spielman, and one brother, William Renner.
Graveside services were held at Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg; arrangements were by the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro.
